    Samantha Masi, LCSW, TF-CBT

Hi, I am Samantha Masi, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with children, teens, adults, and families. I help individuals and families strengthen connection, build secure attachments, heal from trauma, and navigate challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, and parenting. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths and use them as tools for healing, growth, and creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy, parent-child psychotherapy, and interpersonal therapy to help clients develop the skills and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges.

What Led Me to Becoming a Therapist

Throughout my life, I knew I wanted to pursue a profession centered on helping and supporting others. As a young adult, I had a friend who experienced an unexpected pregnancy, and while supporting her through that journey, I became aware of how limited emotional and community support could sometimes feel. As I searched for resources to help her during that difficult time, I discovered the field of Social Work.

I began my education with the hope of becoming a source of support and guidance for individuals and families facing unexpected and challenging life experiences. Over time, I discovered my passion for clinical work and helping clients identify their strengths, heal, and move toward growth and positive change.

What I Want for You During Our Sessions

I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be explored openly. My hope is to collaborate with each client to identify the skills, tools, and interventions that feel most helpful and meaningful for their unique needs. I approach every individual with unconditional positive regard and strive to help clients feel empowered, confident, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

    My Education

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. I have received training in play therapy techniques, CBT, TF-CBT, psychodrama, and child-parent psychotherapy.

“I am here to help shine a light on your path so you can move forward with greater clarity, strength, and courage.”
